• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our local warehouse.

To start a return, simply contact us through our website's Contact Us page (or email us at pawsandsanctuary@gmail.com) with your Order Number. Once we receive and inspect your clean item, we will issue a full refund directly back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
